Frank, along with Amy have recently purchased Strata Precision Plastics. Previously, Frank has worked in a number of businesses involved in the manufacturing of PVC products.

Paul started with what was then Strata Screens & Fabrication in 1998 as our first sales rep, after working for Drainage Merchants for 8 years, starting in the concrete yard and then moving on to 5 years as a sales rep. Married to Annitta and with four kids, Paul still finds time to get out for a run occasionaly as well as coaching a rippa rugby team.

The family live on 5.5 acre block just south of the small settlement of Pirongia which is 20 minutes south of Hamilton.

Paul has previously been involved as a senior rugby referee in the Waikato as well as being an international ranked touch football referee.

Maurie is responsible for the day to day running of our Hamilton factory. With almost 20 years experience in the drainage industry, Maurie has a clear understanding of the needs of our customers and their requirements.

Outside of work, Maurie has this crazy idea of keeping bees - which has seen him turn up to work some times with stings all over him!

Kay has been with the company since 2007 and has recently taken on the role of our Continuos Improvement Manager, responsible for ensuring our Quality Management system is adhered to.

In his role as Contracts Manager, Dean is responsible for contract pricing and brings to this role over 15 years of factory & field welding and fabrication experience. He has been in this role since 2007.

Living on a 8 acres out of Huntly, Dean enjoys getting involved in rural projects.

Malcolm has been with us since 2008 after previously having a role as a sales rep for Keyplas and Ajax Fastners. Based in Auckland, Malcolm's area takes in from Tauranga to the Far North.

Mitchell has recently taken on the role of Customer Services Assistant in our Hamilton warehouse. Mitchell has been with the company since 2013 and has held a number of factory roles in that time.

Khalif is our Production Manager and is responsible for the planning and management of both our Hamilton and Palmerston North factories. Previously holding the role of Polyethylene foreman, Khalif started with Strata as a fabricator as well as being an onsite welding operator.

Khalif lives in Morrinsville and tries to get out fishing when he can as well as chasing a little white ball around the golf course.

Rachel is our Assistant Production Co-Ordinator assisting Khalif in managing the companies production at our two locations. Prior to taking this role on, Rachel had been in our warehouse as well as for a number of years working in the bending department of our Hamilton factory.

Wayne started with us in 2005 after having spent many years at Iplex Pipelines working as part of their engineering department. With his considerable plastics experience from an engineering point of view, Wayne has been responsible for many of the developments that Strata have been made over the years.  

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys getting out on the bike and riding around the windy roads of the Manawatu. He is also a long suffering owner of a Hot Rod which has been getting to attend the Beach Hop at Whangamata for seems like forever. Maybe next year!

Andrew started with Strata in 2006 as our sales rep based in Palmerston North after having previously being the branch manager for Humes Pipelines in New Plymouth. Andrew has been involved in the drainage industry for over 20 years having also been involved with what was then Mico Wakefield. With this involvement at a branch level and the experience he has within the industry, Andrew is abe to provide solution based options to many projects.

Andrew is responsible for an area from Rotorua to Wellington in the North Island. 

Away from work, Andrew like many people has this silly idea that it is fun to smack a white ball around a paddock and tap it into a little hole with a flag sitting out of it.

Nathan joined us late in 2012 and has taken the role of factory foreman after having spent time in the air conditioing industry. Nathan has a hands on role within the factory in Palmerston North and has shown a willingness to learn about the industry and what is involved.

Outside of work Nathan is completing his Level 2 IRB coaching certificate as part of his role coaching his precious Bunnythorpe club team. He is more than likely to have his boots on ready to jump on the field to have a run should the need arise - goodness help the poor referee!. Nathan is a Turbo's fan and has great joy in rubbing it into his Waikato work mates over the way the Turbo's dusted the Mooloo men a few years ago in the ITM Cup in Palmerston North.

Gordon started with Strata in 2007 having been with Alto Plastics for many years. Though Gordon did not come from the drainage industry, he has picked up the knowledge required to help and support our many merchants through out the South Island. Gordon has developed a great repore with many of our customers and is well respected for the effort he puts in to ensure our customers get the service they deserve.

A proud Cantab, Gordon loves not only his rugby league, but sport in general. Needless to say their is a bit of stick going on when Waikato teams manage to get over the top of our Canterbury rivals. Go the Crusaders.

Steve started with Strata on 20th November 2017 as our sales rep for the South Island and has come to us after starting in the industry in 2005 with time spend at both Mico Plumbing and Humes Pipelines.   

Steve is responsible for all of the South Island and will be responsible for continueing on the good work done by our North Island guys who have serviced it since 2010.

Away from work, Steve, is married and has been involved as a representative selector for Canterbury Darts as well as being a past Rugby Referee back in his days in Invercargill.
